I am a licensed Realtor since 1988, starting in my Career in Pennsylvania learning the business from my father in our 3 office Firm AARON Real Estate. From my father, I was able to learn all phases of the Real Estate Transaction from beginning to closing, rentals, property management, New Construction and REO(foreclosures). We eventually sold the business, and headed to Sunny Florida, I was a licensed agent in Florida for 11 years.
During this time, expanding my knowledge base to learn more about Residential and Commercial financing as a Licensed Mortgage Broker. As well as expanding into Valuation of foreclosure properties for lending institutions.
I brought this Knowledge with me to New Jersey to spend more time with my family.

During these 14 years, I have helped many buyers, sellers and investors with all of their Real Estate needs.
